Education is aimed at young people after basic studies.

Entrance requirements: Finishing basic education or equivalent amount of
studies with a certificate or corresponding studies abroad. Also a person with no necessary level basic education can be admitted as a student, if the education provider sees that he/she otherwise has sufficient prerequisites of finishing studies. Aptitude test (fee 52.50 €) must be approved.

Applications to study through joint application system in spring.

Qualifications to get: basic qualifications in social and health services, practical nurse

Education lasts approximately three years.

Professional Start (Ammattistartti) is aimed at young people, who have finished basic education, need more guidance in their choice of profession and skills for starting vocational education
- lasts 1 school year / 20-40 study weeks, according to individual study plan
- You can also get in midterm! Also young people, who have no secondary level study place can apply, or if they have dropped out of studies.
